Whats new this week. 6/9/26
Hello Wynn's Sweet Treats Microbakery fans! This week has been a busy week. I perfected my sourdough recipe and baked a beautiful artisan sourdough loaf as well as the softest loaf of sourdough bread. My sourdough starter is a good and strong starter that i am confident in using to bake sourdough bread as long as there is customer interest in ordering it. I added sourdough bread to my menu. I am researching recipies for other sourdough baked goods. I tried the viral Cookie Monster Cookie recipe. Its was a very good cookie so I have also added it to my menu. That's 2 new additions just this week to our menu!
The rain every day has prevented my husband and I from working on the farmstand but as soon as we get a day thats sunny with no rain we can move it to the location in our yard and my husband can put a new roof on it, and build shelves for it. I will be painting it and decorating it. I can wait to get it up and running so I can offer a face to face shopping experience to customers. The cover photo for this post is a AI picture of the plans for the farmstand and the look we are shooting for.
